By placing an order on www.mirayacouture.nl, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.
Products
All products offered on our website are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors and details in the images fully reflect the actual products due to differences in monitor settings.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be added to the total price. We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, etc. Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within the Netherlands and/or internationally. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw in an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email).
Return Policy
Products must be returned within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The products should be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Warranty and Complaints
All products come with a statutory warranty, which means that the product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within e.g., 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Pre-order Terms and Conditions
Certain products in our store are available on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery date for pre-order items is provided on the product page and in your order confirmation. While we strive to meet this timeline, it is subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., production or supply chain delays). In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you and provide the option to cancel the pre-order for a full refund, as required by law.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to secure your item. By completing a pre-order transaction, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, which reserves your item in advance. If you choose to cancel the pre-order, please refer to the cancellation policy below.
Right to Cancellation and Refund
You retain the right to cancel your pre-order before it has shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team at returns@mirayacouture.nl. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund processed to your original payment method. Once the pre-ordered item is shipped, our standard return and refund policies apply.
Changes to Product Availability
In rare cases, pre-order items may become unavailable due to unforeseen production or supply issues. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund, complying with all applicable consumer protection laws.
Product Specification and Design Modifications
While we aim to deliver products that match the specifications and design displayed on our site, minor adjustments may occur in the final product. Such adjustments will not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product.
