These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.mirayacouture.nl, operated by Miraya Couture , registered at Hekla 45, 1060 NB Amsterdam, Netherlands with Chamber of Commerce number **[12345678]** and VAT number **[NL123456789B01]**.

By placing an order on www.mirayacouture.nl, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.

All products offered on our website are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors and details in the images fully reflect the actual products due to differences in monitor settings.

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be added to the total price. We accept the following payment methods:  iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, etc. Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped.

We offer shipping within the Netherlands and internationally. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw in an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email).

Products must be returned within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The products should be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

All products come with a statutory warranty, which means that the product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within e.g., 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using our website, you consent to such processing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
