Exchange and Returns Policy
At Miraya Couture, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In line with Dutch consumer law, including the Wet Koop op Afstand, we offer a transparent and fair exchange and returns process.
Right of Withdrawal
- Cooling-off Period: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts the day after you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
- Notification: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw in a clear statement (e.g., by email to mirayacouture@outlook.com. You may use the model withdrawal form provided, but it is not obligatory.
Conditions for Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Certain items, such as custom-made products or goods that deteriorate quickly (e.g., perishable items), and hygiene-sensitive items like lingerie and swimwear, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Return Process
- Step 1: Notify Us
- Contact us via mirayacouture@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Step 2: Prepare Your Return
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Ensure that all labels and tags are intact.

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
- Procedure: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), follow the return procedure above and specify your preferred exchange on the return form.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or the option to choose an alternative item.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds include the original cost of the item and any standard shipping costs. However, if you opted for an upgraded delivery option (e.g., express delivery), these additional costs will not be refunded.
- Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Faulty Items: If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us first so that we can arrange for a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at mirayacouture@outlook.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs if possible.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-compliant Returns
- Condition: If returned items do not meet the conditions set out in this policy (e.g., worn or damaged items without tags), we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Refund Status: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
